I moved in this week and I have to say, the experience has been one of the most pleasant I have had with any organization that has provided me any sort of service. The facility is exquisitely clean and the attention paid to me by the staff will be hard to top by anyone. AJ the person on duty when I checked in is simply an amazing person. The staff was helpful in helping me select the most affordable storage unit that would fit my car. Access in/out is easy, and the location on Shepard in the Heights is nice and central
