The facility is clean and well maintained, lots of different unit sizes available. Reserving online and checking in took no more than 15 minutes all together. Cold a/c and adequate lighting. Could use a few more carts for loading/unloading but other than that I have no complaints.

Excellent customer service. Saw an abandoned cat in the building. They took care of it right away.
