Ready for me to show up with info had paperwork ready to fill out had a tour ready for the facility and was ready to move in.Excellent greetings and very presentable to me and my daughter. Gave her a free icecream coupon to MDs for a holiday treat. Awesome just Awesome!!

Once driving into the facility I called the 1-800 number for assistance in getting on the property. There are two entrances, the main one is on Gessner where the office is. I was unaware of this. Lisa on the 1-800 line was great to speak to and gave great info. Once I made it to the office Sterling made it really quick and easy to get moved in.
