From the get-go, service by "Patrick" (Houston location) was great one-on-one attention and, as I needed further assistance through the weekend, he continued to carry your flag well. He made us feel comfortable. We actually had to up-size twice that weekend as we finally determined how much space we really needed. We're very pleased. The facility is large (900 units on multiple levels) and is very neat, clean and appears well maintained. From the outside it doesn't look that big!
