Service was excellent, friendly & helpful staff. Parking space inside the gated area is a bit limited but was not an issue for me. No elevator access to 2nd floor but the stairs are decently wide.

I found the price very good and the price for there lock's was half of want U Haul charge there is no hidden charges like U-Haul. Customer Service was also great and I was in & out in about 10min.
