Facility is 1 and 1/2 years old, very clean, quiet. Staff is very accommodating. Only reason I did not rate a 5 star is because the entryways measure 54 inches and elevators measure 48inches in breath. (Wide). Does make moving in and out difficult for wide mattresses and ect. Recommendations is at least a 5ft elevator and entrance. Just does not make sense to have 15 ft units on 3rd floor with small passenger elevators.

Tried half a dozen places nearby to where I made a furniture purchase, as it was raining and I didn't want to ruin it. They had the best price, availability, and climate control options with large units available immediately. Since it was raining, they let us back to get under cover while we did the paperwork. Really friendly people!

Super friendly front staff, very helpful and answered all of my questions. storage place very clean and have carts and stuff to move in with. Also has safe entrances to protect inside and outside units.

Michelle is awesome and so nice. Her customer service is amazing she help me wonderfully after having a sucky experience with public storage on 1960 near perry Rd. Michelle was nice and very patient even after I changed my unit last minute after signing the first least. She even walked me to see the unit to make sure I got the right size.

Reviewing this facility online was easy and completly reveiling. Upon arrival to conduct a walk through of the space we were considering, we were met with a smile from Max. Max already had the door opened for that space and totally ready to our trailer into. Looking at the opening we realized the door might be too short. Max took us to a much larger space, which worked great. The price was totally within our budget (actually a little lower). It only took about 15 minutes to complete computer input. Upon returning an hour later with our trailer, the new space was cleaned out (small items were inside) and they even hauled some extra gravel into the back where it might have been a little low. The trailer has plenty of room in the space. I like the electrical plugs and light inside just in case we need to do some repair on the trailer. Max and his crew were very helpful and made us feel as if we were old friends. I highly recommend looking into this facility for your storage needs.
